On reopening after the Coronavirus pandemic (on 10th June 2020), we have made the decision to not register any new patients to the practice, including onto our dental health plan, at this time. We are committed to using 100% of our resources to look after our Registered patients that have stayed loyal to us, for which we thank them, and catch-up on 11 weeks of the Dental world in England having had its doors closed.
We have an optional monthly payment plan that costs £9.50 per month. Our dental membership scheme rewards and looks after our patients who visit the practice regularly. We do promote six monthly check ups for patients in a majority of cases, as an aid to promoting an excellent standard to your oral health. Every six months, our members are entitled to:
|Dental Trauma||Repays the cost of dental treatment provided in respect of the trauma||Subject to treatment limits and £10,000 cap per trauma. Excess depends on trauma type.|
|Emergency Callout||Refunds costs incurred to obtain immediate pain relief||Benefits range depending on timing of callout and whether this is in the UK or abroad. £25 excess applies.|
|Permanent Facial Disfigurement||Payment of between £50 and £200 depending on the length of the scar||Payable where scarring is still visible 12 months after a dental trauma|
|Hospitalisation||£50 payable for each full 24 hour period admitted as an in-patient as a direct result of a dental trauma||No benefit payable for the first 24 hours and payable for a maximum period of 365 days|
|Oral Cancer||£2,000 lump sum paid on diagnosis of oral cancer as the primary site by a medical specialist|
|Redundancy||Membership premiums for the patient and any dependants will be paid following compulsory redundancy for a maximum of 12 months||Payable after the first month of unemployment subject to provision of evidence actively seeking work. Monthly benefit capped at £15 for individuals or £60 for groups|
To arrange an appointment, feel free to call our reception team on 0114 2377642 or pop in during our normal working hours.
We are currently not accepting new Patients to the Practice. We are hoping this will change in early 2021.
