Compliments, suggestions and complaints

All patient feedback is encouraged to allow us to improve our services.

It is great to hear compliments so we are aware of what we are doing well.

We like to receive suggestions from our patients so that we can make changes where we feel someone’s ideas may help further improve the way in which we deliver our services.

Patient complaints are also vitally important so an issue can be raised for us to investigate and resolve. If we are not aware of where a patient feels that we are falling short of their expectations, we cannot implement the necessary action to resolve the issue for them, and also to prevent such an issue recurring.

NHS Friends and Family Test

On the 1st April 2015, the NHS implemented the NHS Friends and Family Test. This is a standardised way in which feedback is collected from NHS dental patients regarding the services they have received.

At GHB Dental Care, our NHS dental list extends only up to the age of 18 years.

Applicable patients seen at the practice will have the opportunity to complete a short survey at the end of their visit.

Our patient feedback is then audited on a monthly basis and the results shared within our Practice meetings.
